BIO

Professor Raymond’s research focuses on focuses on equity and justice conflicts in environmental politics and environmental behavior. Professor Raymond has won major grants from institutions such as the National Science Foundation and served as author or co-author of three books and over forty peer-reviewed articles. His book, Reclaiming the Atmospheric Commons from MIT Press, won the American Political Science Association award for the best book on environmental politics. In 2018-19, Professor Raymond was the Fulbright Visiting Research Chair in Sustainable Economy at the University of Ottawa.
