Today she works with NEPA, Section 106, and Section 4(f) federal regulations to review plans and conduct research in order to support the preservation of historic sites and structures affected by transportation projects. McCoy also obtained key experience in her UVM internship at the US Committee of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (US/ICOMOS) in Paris, France, where she created comparative analyses of 2019 World Heritage Site nominations and prepared presentations for the World Heritage Committee and panel meetings. “The program really broadened my background.
