Apply interdisciplinary environmental skills and knowledge in an organizational setting
Academic credit for the Capstone Internship is as follows:
- 1 credit registered for submission of a capstone internship proposal
- 3 credits registered in the semester in which 200 hours of internship begins
- 2 credits registered in the semester in which a final capstone internship report is submitted to your faculty internship advisor for evaluation.
IF YOU ARE A PART-TIME STUDENT, FINAL CAPSTONE CREDITS MAY RESULT IN NEW TUITION CHARGES. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY OR ASK STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES BEFORE GOING PART-TIME WHAT THE COST OF COMPLETING YOUR CAPSTONE WORK WILL BE.
Once a student has registered for a total of six credits, the student will have to complete all aspects, as described above, of their capstone by the end of that semester. If a student does not complete this work, the student will have to dis-enroll from the appropriate number of credits and add them to the semester in which the work is completed.
