Our management decisions are informed by data and solid record keeping.

We manage our labor to maintain peoples’ physical health and overall well-being, including financial, intellectual and emotional.

We value providing a good quality of life for those who work on our farm, including a living wage and benefits to the extent possible.

We value receiving our employees’ opinions and thoughts, while reserving the final decision making for our management team.

Our farm provides an environment where we can teach people good work ethics and skills.

Our farm is financially profitable, yet we are not afraid of debt when it is a good business practice.
