Maple Business Planning Deep Dive - Friday, Jan. 5, 2024

Join Mark Cannella from UVM Extension for this half-day seminar. Mark will present lessons on strategic planning, marketing and managing finances toward profitability. This longer-form program will offer time for group discussion and time to work on your own basic business planning steps to target your priorities. Participants will work on a 1-page business plan throughout the afternoon.
