Vtrim™ Weight Management Classes
Vtrim™ is a six-month commitment. Each Vtrim™ session consists of 24 one-hour classes guided by a certified facilitator. You will receive tools to help you track how many calories you eat and how much exercise you do.

Log On and Lose!
We won't claim you’ll lose weight while you sleep, but you can attend Vtrim™ in your pajamas.
Just like our in-person “on-ground” classes, cyber classes convene for one hour per week, for 24 weeks. But instead of a meeting room, your class is in a virtual classroom.
The site is password protected and access is given after registration.

The program is web-based, meaning you log into the class through your browser from any computer anywhere. The application was developed by Paul Buzzell at the University of Vermont. Paul developed it for the most basic computers. That means it works just as well for folks with a dial-up connection as for those with high-speed internet access. There maybe fancier programs out there, but none has the proven track record that Vtrim™ Online has. For a list of our upcoming classes, click here.
