Enrollment Management Report: 4.C. UVM must pay greater attention to the first year experience continuum from marketing and recruitment through orientation, Connections, and advising. However, UVM must focus through a single lens on this critically important time for our students. We must make better use of data and information systems and human resources in assisting first-year, first-time students in the transition from secondary school to University life.
