This house is not seen on the 1853 Presdee& Edwards house but was built circa 1845 according to the Vermont Historic Sites and Structures Survey. It is possible that this house was just south of the 1853 map's border. It was the home of Cassius P. Morse, a mason.(1) Cassuis P. Morse is listed as a mason for several different companies but is not listed as living at this residence after 1866. He is later listed at 336 St. Paul Street in the early 1900's.(2)
