BORN 25 August 1786, according to the quilt inscription, which notes her age on that date in 1852.
DIED 17 September 1858, “while walking out, dropped dead in the road” in Whiting, Vermont, at the age of 72. 
BURIED Community Church Cemetery, Whiting, Vermont.  An inscription on her gravestone reads: “Surely in the midst of life we are in death.”
MARRIED John Wentworth McAllister, 20 June 1805 in Hillsborough, NH.  The son of John McAllister and Anna Steel, he was born in 1784 in Amherst, NH, and died 01 May 1849 in Rochester, VT.
