1840 Goshen, Addison County, VT.  The Plinny Bliss household includes one male between the ages 50-60, two males 20-30, one female 50-60, and one female 20-30.
1850 Rochester, Windsor County, VT (dwelling 91).  Widowed and living in the household of her son Chester G. Bliss and his wife Electa.  Chester Bliss’ real estate, $1,400.
NOTES An additional inscription on the quilt reads:  “When on this you view remember the aged maidens present to you, 64, ae” (a notion of her age).
