PhD Student in Natural Resources

Uyoyoghene holds a BSc. in Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Benin in Edo State, Nigeria. She also holds an MSc. in Cartography and Geoinformation Science from the UN-Regional Center for Training in Aerospace Surveys in Nigeria and another MSc. from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where she studied wetland ecosystems ecology and remote sensing.

In the last six years, Uyoyoghene has been working as a Geospatial Data Engineer with Bayer Crop Science Division. Her work focuses on building digital technologies that help transform field data into meaningful insights for farmers across the globe. Uyoyoghene is passionate about sustainability.
