Lincoln Center, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Jordan Hall in Boston, and the Library of Congress are regular performance venues for the Alexander String Quartet, who make their Lane debut with this concert. During the 25-year history of this San Francisco-based quartet, their collaborators have included Menahem Pressler, Gary Graffman, Richard Stolzman, and Branford Marsalis. Their concert in Burlington will include Beethoven Opus 59 #3 and Opus 95, and Shostakovich Quartet #2.
