ALC Undergraduate Fellow

Hi, I’m Mica Vasseur! My pronouns are he/they. I’m from Habbardston, Massachusetts, a small, rural town in Worcester County. I’m an Environmental Science major with a concentration in Ecological Design, and a minor in Agroecology. I joined the Fellowship because it’s a great opportunity to gain some career-focused skills and connections in the community. I believe that food is the center of all human culture, the key to our enjoyment of life, and a significant portion of the solution to climate resiliency. To me, the transdisciplinary approach of agroecology feels like the missing piece in my life, and in Environmental Science more generally. I hope that this Fellowship helps us all work toward a future we can be proud of!
