The Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science at Stony Brook University is dedicated to helping scientists more effectively communicate with the public, with funders, with policymakers, and with fellow scientists.
 
This year’s workshop will focus on:
Science Through Narrative
Narrative tools and techniques are powerful vehicles of effective communication. Building on the skills and strategies of The Essentials and Small Group Coaching, participants learn to create a memorable and engaging narrative about their research.
