Patrick Larsen

Patrick came to UVM in 1993 and worked on the Laurentide ice margin in New Jersey calibrating cosmogenic nuclide production rates. His work was the first to suggest that the nominal rate of 6 atom per gram of 10Be per year in quartz was too high. After many years of replicating his data and journal submissions, the data set became fully public in QR in 2017.
