Help Line

ETS's Help Line can answer many questions and is available to all current UVM students, faculty, and staff.  If the friendly Help Line staff cannot answer your question, they will forward it to one of our consultants for resolution.

Helpline hours:

Spring and Fall
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 9:00pm
Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Summer, Intercessions Mon--Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm

Computer Depot Clinic

Bring your laptop computer (& power cord) or computer desktop tower (no monitor, keyboard, or mouse, just the computer) to the Computer Depot Clinic located at the Computer Depot on the 1st Floor of the Davis Center, in the Computer Depot, during clinic hours and get help with problems that are difficult to resolve over the phone or via email.  If you did not purchase your computer from the Depot, we can still help you, but please bring any original CDs that came with your computer.

HOURS:

Academic year & Summer
Academic year Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:30pm 
Summer/Intersessions Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:30pm 

Please be aware: The Computer Depot Clinic is closed during weekends & UVM Holidays; and consultant availability may be reduced during intercessions (summers & vacations).  To confirm clinic availability contact the Computer Depot at 656-3067.
