I am an educator at heart, and a leader by training. I have the immense fortune to work with an incredibly talented crew of people doing really good work – this provides both meaning and joy. Additionally, in partnership with my beloved wife, I am privileged to be raising two kids - who could be described with any number of colorful and heartfelt descriptors ;)
Before coming (back) to UVM, I spent a wonderful 9 years in the San Fran area leading outdoor adventures for inner discovery with adolescent girls. I love a good teambuilding initiative almost as much as I love swimming and brunch. My life’s goal is to be as cool as Corky – who directed the summer camp I grew up at.
