Tips From the TAS:

  1. **** FOLLOW THE CRITIQUE SHEETS **** and practice in front of friends and get feedback!  Have them TIME you.
  2. Papers should be wordprocessed, printed, pages numbered, clean, stapled, proof-read outloud, with paragraph's indented, double-spaced, 1 inch margins, 12-point font.

Assignments & Announcements:

  1. Practice your persuasive and choice presentations in front of others and get feedback.
  2. Check Syllabus (CALS 001, CALS 183) speaking schedule for when you are presenting and your lab role.
  3. Formal Introductions in Lecture will begin this WEEK (Oct 26 - 30).
  4. CALS 001 students, visit with your academic advisor and have them sign the Advisor Meeting FormJoin a club or organization.
